Youre list of markers makes my brain hurt! ^_^ but it is amazing to know how much effort goes into these.
Work more on faces? like what? is there something specific that you dislike? I think your faces are beautiful! they have a sense of realism to them, while showing the different emotions/personalities/ and distinct features of your different characters.
I love the background. It gives the whole picture a very cold icy feeling.
