This was terribly embarrassing, he reminded himself, but sweet, if not corny.

Ever since they'd gotten these parts, "Riff" had become worse and worse, what with the random singing, snogging and quizzing. It was enough to drive anyone else mad, but for some reason..he just...put up with it. Nah, it was more than that. It was for the ridiculous moments when he fumbled too many times and he thought he'd had enough that a tender kiss on the cheek was more than enough, a soft whisper, the perfect grab at the right moment, a lingering stare (more often than not though, that made him MORE nervous) - then...the accent. Agh. For some devilishly impossible reason he had latched onto that terrible accent.

It was more than worth it when he, fish-lips and all, came smooching his way at three in the morning with a merry twinkle in his black eyes and that horrible Japanese accent butchering every word that fell out of his all too handsome, quirky mouth.
