My headcanon version of Sephiroth - he's largely interested in the sciences and interested in nearly abandoned medical science as a way to combat areas where materia is in short supply and many folks don’t know what to do when confronted with great injuries. He’s still a huge nerd, but he’s a very gentle and extremely empathetic doctor with a fondness for tea and working on katas. He also tends to keep to himself and ignores/sends Shinra associates home packing on a consistent basis because they interfere with his elusiveness.
